ORDERING PROCESS
To access prices and place orders on our website, you must have a login and password. On the right-hand side of our homepage, click "Sign In" or "Create an Account." If you don't have an account, please contact us via email with your business details to register. Our assistance is available during our operating hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm GMT, Monday to Friday, if you encounter any issues with account creation or access.
Once logged in, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Items in your cart will be automatically saved (subject to your cookie acceptance). If an item is out of stock, your order may be amended accordingly, and you won't be charged for unavailable items.
You can view your wishlist, favourites, and previous orders under "My Account."
RETURNS
1. All returns of damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by WBJ through telephone or email correspondence. Notify WBJ of your intention to return damaged or faulty goods within 28 days of purchase. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the return. We recommend thoroughly checking orders upon receipt, reporting any issues immediately. Anodized or previously worn jewellery cannot be returned. Faulty Tish Lyon Gold pieces can be returned within a year from the day of purchase. All returned goods must be accompanied by our Returns Form; failure to include it will result in rejection by WBJ.
2. Customers are responsible for returns until they reach the provided address. WBJ is not liable for goods lost in transit; we recommend sending returns via a tracked/signed-for service at your cost.

3. If deemed faulty, we offer a replacement or account credit. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis only.
4. Goods damaged due to customer misuse will be returned.
5. For returns due to incorrect orders or changed minds, goods must be returned in resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. Opened, tampered, or used goods are ineligible for refunds.
6. Report any order discrepancies within five working days via telephone or email. Reports exceeding this timeframe won't be considered.
